It is currently the first week back from Spring Break, and today was my last midterm exam (yay!). There is a lot of stress that comes with returning to a college routine, and I wanted to share how I have been using my Young Living essential oils with you!
As I mentioned in a previous post, I have been using these oils since January of this year. A blogger friend of mine told me about them, and was kind enough to send me samples to try out! As soon as I tried them, I knew I had to add them to my wellness routine.
I have diffused the oils, used them topically (especially for my migraines), and added the Vitality oils to water to stay hydrated (as some of you know, plain water isn’t always my cup of tea).
This is my daily self-care routine when I have gone through a particularly long day of classes, meetings, and other tasks. To give you an idea of what these days look like, here was my schedule from yesterday (when I filmed this video):
